about

Long before the rise of the Alt Right, there was the alternative patriotic music scene of the 90's, where free minded minstrels of the truth movement at large riffed to redpill their friends, family and countrymen through songs, ballads and ditties.

While the lamestream scene of the 90's was pushing, celebrating and normalizing all manner of degeneracy amidst the disintegration of our civilization, Carl Klang was decrying in song the injustices committed against Gordon Kahl, lamenting the senseless slaughter of the Branch Davidian children at Waco by the Clintonistas and Butcher Reno and the scores of thugs in the ATF & FBI who carried out their orders to implement "Operation Showtime" or declaring solidarity with Randy Weaver and reminding all the victims of criminal government that "[our] Lord & saviour lives, [and that ] wheresoever eagles gather, that is where the body is."

While he has always been virtually unheard of outside of alternative patriot circles, Carl is also virtually unrivaled in the sheer scope of his music and the variety of issues he addressed and tackled in it. He is quite possibly one of the most underrated lyricists in his genre of all time.

He wrote numerous songs that would be instant classics in the tea party movement of today, such as "We Want This Country Back," "America, America," and "It's Dangerous to Be Right When the Government Is Wrong" yet dared to go far beyond that and sing for even the most hardcore truth-seekers in songs like "Turn Away from the Eagle" where he ventures into conspiratorial territory and deals with some esoteric and occultic aspects of the enemies of freedom and "The News Behind the News" which to our knowledge and to this very day remains one of the few songs in existence about the infamous Protocols of Zion.

While educating the public about everything from the fraudulent and insidious nature of the Federal Reserve to the true face of the enemy and the shadowy masters our politicians and leaders serve, Carl also stood out from many other musicians in that he did all of this from a balanced Christian standpoint, which is a thing found wanting in much of what represents the truth movement today.

His music was largely on cassette tape up until the release of his anthology albums, which combined his songs from his numerous tapes onto 3 CD's, Extremist Won, Extremist Too, & Selah.

The subject of this listing, Selah is a collection of all of the overtly Christian songs from his earlier tapes plus an album-length compilation of worship songs written and performed by Carl as well.

In our estimation, the fruit of Klang's work on this album gave the world some of the most beautiful and poetic alternative worship music of the modern age.
Many have lamented how the richness and depth of the hymns of old seems all but lost in modern Christian music, yet the words sung by Carl possess just such a richness and depth that is reminiscent of them. The music is characterized by a compelling but not overbearing poetic usage of the old Hebrew names of God as well as a very healthy and pronounced appreciation for the heritage and history of our people. It is our hope and prayer that through our efforts, truth-seekers can rediscover this iconic music.
Heretofore, Carl Klang's music has been exceeding difficult, if not nigh impossible to find online and through this labor of love we hope to fill a vacuum for both those who have loved and supported his work throughout the years and have longed to be able to experience it once again and share it with others, and for new generations of truth-seekers who, without efforts such as ours, might never even know that music like this exists.

Finally, we hope to pay tribute to and reward Carl for all that he has done for the cause of truth, and the terrible price he has paid for his devotion and dedication throughout the years.

Proceeds from the sale of these digital downloads will go towards getting Carl Klang music plugged into the major distribution channels such as Itunes, Amazon, etc. as well as getting some hard copy CD's reproduced, remastered and re-released to the public.

FAQ's:

Q+++ Is this any different from the original Selah CD?

A+++ It's actually the same CD, with some new cover art designed by Radical Marketing Solutions. (fb.com/radicalmarketingsolutions777)

Utilizing modern high-tech venues such as this site requires high-resolution cover art and It seems that for the present at least, cover art for Carl's old tapes and CD's is practically nonexistent on the internet.

We're pretty enthused about this project, and thought some nice new cover art and a moniker to commemorate the effort to make these musical gems widely available once again was in order in spite of the fact that we needed some high-resolution album art.

Q+++ Where's Carl Klang? Why isn't he involved in this?

A+++ Carl has gone on to join the ranks of The Church Triumphant. In the wake of his passing, this page will continue to operate as a labor of love and respect for his invaluable contributions to the cause of truth and all the lives he inspired through his activism and the sharing of his gifts with a candid world. It is meant to function as a Patreon-style hub to defray the costs of remastering and re-releasing his CD's as soon as time and resources allow for it; so that it can be shared with a new generation of truth-seekers and warriors for Kingdom, Crown and Covenants of Jesus Christ, our risen Lord.

We are not in contact with any of Carl's family at this time, but would love to hear from them if they see this page.

This project is a labor of love from people who literally grew up listening to Carl Klang music. By God's good grace, our children are going to grow up listening to it as well.

about

Carl Klang Tribute Cleveland, Tennessee

Since first grabbing the attention of his fans in 1992 with his timely & prescient song about Waco, '17 Little Children', Carl Klang has taken patriotic music where it needs to be: honest & extreme. Not only did he as an alternative musician dare to go where few had gone, he did so with a lyrical depth that is simply missing in other music and yet unmatched by many of his venerable peers. ... more
